Description: Habitat for Humanity Greater Columbus and Community Development for All People have long been partners in eliminating sub-standard housing from the Columbus area.
HFH-GC is building a home on Gilbert Avenue, just a few blocks east of Childrens Hospital. We will clean the neighborhood around the house in an effort to expand our impact on the neighborhood and raise awareness to our cause! Volunteers will be picking up litter and other debris and will have the chance to see the Habitat house and learn about our organization.
How to find us: We will meet at the Northeast corner of Livingston park. (the corner of Childrens Drive and S. 18th Street) Volunteers may parallel park along area streets, or, if desired, in the parking lot provided by Nationwide Children's Hospital on the corner of S. 18th Street and Stone Avenue. (Entrance from Stone Ave.)
